Confidential Access Request

1. Confidential Information

The term "Confidential Information" refers to all proprietary and confidential information disclosed by Warpeed Technologies, including but not limited to:

• Quantum optimization algorithms and methodologies
• Lightsail material compositions and specifications
• Laser propulsion system designs and configurations
• Mission parameters and trajectory calculations
• Business strategies, financial projections, and partnership discussions
• Research findings, experimental results, and validation data
• Technical documentation, source code, and simulation results

2. Obligations

You agree to:

• Maintain strict confidentiality of all information accessed
• Not reproduce, distribute, or share any materials without written permission
• Use the information solely for the purpose of evaluating potential collaboration
• Immediately notify Warpeed Technologies of any unauthorized disclosure
• Return or destroy all materials upon request

3. Duration

This agreement remains in effect for 5 years from the date of acceptance or until the information becomes publicly available through no fault of yours.

4. Legal Jurisdiction

This agreement is governed by the laws of California, United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Santa Clara County.

5. Acceptance

By checking the NDA acceptance box, you electronically sign this agreement and acknowledge that it is legally binding.
